Your Itinerary
You will be picked up by our company representative and handed over to your friendly experienced driver guide from the airport or your accommodation facility in Nairobi this morning for a scenic drive southeast toward Amboseli National Park arriving at the camp in good time for lunch.
After lunch, Embark on your first afternoon game drive exploring the acacia woodland, freshwater swamps, scrub brush, and open plains in search of wildlife.
Amboseli National Park (392 sq km) is famously known for the breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest freestanding mountain on earth and the tallest in Africa (5,895m). Amboseli is also an elephant’s paradise where the massive African Savannah elephants roam from swamp to swamp, grazing all day. Because of the abundance of water and pasture, the bull elephants here weigh up to 6 tons. Other animals to be spotted here are cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests (gnus), gazelles, hippos, and many others.
Leave the camp after breakfast, Carrying your packed lunch boxes to be enjoyed in the wild under a lone flat-top acacia tree. Spend the whole day exploring the marshlands and swamps of Amboseli. Fed by subterranean water channels, water is abundant throughout the year and so is the pasture. Elephants and various other herbivores are found here. You will retreat to the lodge late in the evening
You also have an option of Starting the day with an early morning game drive to search for animals when they're at their most active, Then return to the Lodge for a relaxed breakfast and lunch.
Spend the hottest part of the day relaxing in camp reading your favourite book writing your journal about the safari or just listening to your favourite music while observing the birds – don't stress, The animals will be doing the same – then head off again in the afternoon at (16:00hrs)for another drive through the park. Return to the lodge for dinner and another night under the Serengeti's stars.
Today after breakfast, you will be transferred to the nearby Amboseli airstrip at 7:30 am for your scheduled flight to Masai Mara via Nairobi Wilson Airport. You will be landing at the Keekorok airstrip at the heart of the Mara. On arrival, you will be met by our friendly driver guides who will load up your luggage and drive you to your camp located inside the Masai mara with a game drive en route in search of the animals and the big cats that call this place home. This afternoon after lunch you will embark on a game drive in this massive savanna grassland in search of the big cats and other herbivores that live here returning back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Big cats are sure to be a highlight of your time in the Masai Mara, with lions, leopards and cheetahs all commonly seen stalking prey on the Masai Mara's savannah grasslands. Elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, hippos and hyenas are also often seen here.
This is a full day spent game viewing across the rich tree-studded grassland and rolling hills of the famous "Eighth Wonder of the Animal World". The Mara is known for its great herds of plains game animals like leopards, cheetahs and lions. It also has numerous elephants and every other type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. You will have a full-day game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve.
Your lunch today is picnic lunch boxes in the savannah under a flat-top acacia tree while watching the animals grazing. You will continue with the game-viewing en route to your camp, arriving late in the afternoon after thoroughly exploring this massive grassland savannah measuring 1,500 sq km.
You have an option of booking a balloon ride today which takes off early in the morning. After landing, the crew will help you out of the basket and escort you to a lovely setting for a bush breakfast. It is a lifetime experience and worth the price.
Today after breakfast, you will drive north through Narok to Njoro road which crosses the beautiful sceneries of the fertile wheat lands of Mau and the Mau forest complex. You will arrive at the lodge in good time for lunch, check in to your lodge and later depart for an afternoon game drive in the park.
Lake Nakuru is among Kenya's finest national parks. The park is gorgeous all year-round park and boasts rocky escarpments, patches of yellow-barked acacia forest, and a waterfall. It is home to flamingos, both black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, buffaloes, hippos, and the endangered Rothschild's giraffes. The southern end of the lake is the best place to see wildlife. The forested area below the Rhinos cliff is a favourite lion-spotting point where lionesses love to sleep in the trees, and leopards frequent. Afterwards, you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Depart for an early game drive this morning and then thereafter, return to the lodge for a leisurely breakfast before driving to Lake Naivasha. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake in Kenya outside the town of Naivasha northwest of Nairobi famous for its strong population of hippos, Masai giraffes, wildebeest, and the over 400 bird species in the forest surrounding the lake making it the perfect destination for birdies from all corners of the world.
On arrival, you will proceed for a Boat ride excursion in Lake Naivasha which is a refreshing experience that takes you on the breezy lake waters as you explore the diverse bird life and wildlife on the lake and its surroundings. You will have a brief nature walk on the island, which is an excellent opportunity to appreciate nature around the island. You will return to the hotel for lunch. After Lunch, Proceed to the nearby Hells Gate National Park which inspired the movie "The Lion King, The only park where you ride with wild animals.
After a leisurely morning breakfast, You will check out of your lodge, pack up and drive back to Nairobi. On arrival in Nairobi, you will have an( Optional) lunch at the famous Carnivore restaurant. Afterwards, you'll be dropped off at your respective hotel or at the airport to mark this as the end of your safari.
